I wanted to write to tell you that as a dentist in Chelmsford for 33 years I have not been involved with advertising as we typically don’t advertise our group practice.So when my wife decided to open a restaurant in Chelmsford I thought I would like to help her and I thought that the one thing I could offer would be to promote her new business venture.
To that end I started talking with people about advertising and the best way to get the word out about Café Madrid as a new Spanish/American restaurant in town. I was told that the one flyer they hold onto is the Community Values Magazine because it has a ton of bargains in a whole bunch of different areas and it lasts for weeks at a time.
So I was very excited to hear from you when you came by to introduce yourself. I knew that we had a good opportunity to see if advertising really works. I have to tell you that without a doubt the best dollar we spend every month is with Community Values. We get more customers from our ad in your publication than any other ad. I had a great response from the other tenants in our plaza with the plaza page that you offered and we all agreed that group ads work well for the plaza as a whole too.
We will continue to work with Community Values and you Kevin because not only is your advertising successful but your comfortable, polite and professional manner makes the effort of coming up with new ideas and promotions a joy with your suggestions.
